Emma Fawcett teaches applied language courses in the Master of Education and M.A. English Literatures programmes.

She is also working towards a PhD in adult education. (Working title: Gesellschaftliche Diversität als Thema in Angeboten der Volkshochschule // Social diversity as a topic in courses at public adult education centres)
