LING 100: Communication and Language
Spring 2015, Summer 2015 and Summer 2016, at Simon Fraser University
This course explores a wide array of materials about language and its role in human communication. Almost every week, the students will examine a new topic such as whether or not animals possess language, how babies learn their first language, how people learn foreign languages, and how language is used differently by people in varying social contexts.
